Below are photos I considered entering to the local photography show / contest. Allowed was a maximum of three; all framed and ready to hang.
I have to note this: when I dropped off my entries, I had a major case of humility and a punch to my self-esteem. The woman in charge stated that the previous year had over 300 photographs! While I was there a small number of people dropped off their entries, and just a glance at their beautiful photographs almost made me snatch mine back. I don't have a prayer in the world of catching someone's eye!
The most I can hope for is to sell one piece of work; I hope one of my pieces catches someone's eye.

Laurie don't let anyone.... ANYONE!!! bring you down. These are beautiful! You should be nothing but proud. I love the one with the horses. The ones with all the snow and beautiful barns remind me so much of CT and make me feel at home. Your work is fantastic... keep it up.
ReplyDeleteYou are fantastic! And I am honored you considered a photo from our Trash session.
ReplyDeleteAw, thanks gals! Much appreciated. Meg - you rock. Love the blog. And Jules - I considered LOTS of photos from the Trash session! Anytime you want to do it again, I'm in. :)
