How mundane and cold, yet somehow complicated, daily tasks can really have you running on fumes - or fuming. A closer look at simpler things springs rejuvenation.

I somehow found a few minutes today to rejuvenate - much needed.

Sunflowers for Wishes

Along with every other photographer within a 50-mile radius, I flocked to Buttonwood Farm to capture their annual sunflower crop. Their sunflowers are grown, cut, and sold; all for a good cause - a fundraising event called Sunflower for Wishes for the Make-a-Wish Foundation. A beautiful scene, for the heart, the eyes, and the soul.

I wanted to be there for sunrise, but alas, the sun beat me. Stay tuned for H&N's Engagement Photos, taken the same day, same setting.
